How do I cheat?

Everytime i run the CE 5.2 (or any other version) it just come out a message again and again.

"Access violation at address 004096DA. Write of address 00401000"

can any1 tell me wat the heck this means...thx for the help

close all online games you might be running

ah, before I forget. Your computer will most likely reboot when you use cheat engine and that game at the same time
