Step 1: Download TOR http://tor.eff.org/dist/vidalia-bund...1.26-0.0.7.exe

Step 2: Install TOR

Step 3: Delete Cookies

Step 4: Restart browser (close it and open it again)

Step 5: When TOR is up and running, configure your browser to use the proxy 127.0.0.1 with a port of 8118. This leeches other people's connections/proxies from all around the world. Your IP will change every 5-10 minutes, or everytime you select a new network to use on Vidalia. You may download a bit slower than normally, but it's better than waiting all day to download. And ofcourse, you can stop using TOR at any time just by unchecking the proxy server box in your browser.

Tor isn't a great idea , just getting a premium account for RapidShare or w/e will be more worth it.

All you gota do is change your ip so simple

1) go to run and type cmd

2) type ipconfig

3) type ipconfig release

4) type ipconfig renew

5) refresh the page and download

Very simple.
