Cheat Engine

I'm very new to cheat engine.
Trying to get value of HP in the Lineage 2 game.

I don't need to modify the value, just need to find it's offset to be able to use this value from my software later.

But when I'm trying to find this value in process I am receiving:
"Scan error:controller:No readable memory found"

I've attached screenshots of my settings.

And also memory Viewer is full of question marks.

I also checked. When I am selecting other processes, everything works well. But with the game process, I'm recieving this.

I hope for your help.

UPD:

Ok. So I found out that the game is doing something with cheat engine.
If I'm starting cheat engine first. It tell's me that "DBK LOADED"

But when I'm starting the game client, and trying to restart cheat engine, I'm recieving :
"The driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or not responding. I recommend you reboot your system and try again"

Maybe it's related to my problem
