Cheat Engine fails to read game after a while need to reopen

Hi, does it usually happen that when i open CE and reading the process memory the CE will fail to read the memory. When this happen i need to reopen the process exe again. It just happen randomly. how to prevent this?

Does the target process close for some reason? Or maybe an anti cheat that closes all handles to the game

No the target process is still there. The anti-cheat has some memory integrity checks will this affect the CE or cause this issue? Im not changing any values in the memory I'm just reading it to get the player coordinates. but every now and then it will just randomly fail to read the memory. I need to re-attached CE again when this happen.
