Cheat Engine

Hello,

There's this game I've tried to use cheat engine on to alter my health. Problem is that the only indication of my health, is a health bar without numbers. I have tried to see if there is any help online, and I've managed to use the unknown value scan to make me invincible sometimes. But that's limited, because the times I've succeeded, it's been a few addresses that I can't manage to figure out the logic of, and can't find the 100% corresponding address (the health bar display and actual health value apparently differ with the byte scan type or something) I think it's the single byte scan mode, as that's the only time I've actually without doubt made me invincible?. Also, the addresses to the health keep changing every time I restart the game or fully restart the game application. For that reason, I've tried to learn memory view and pointers, but to no avail.
