Hey, brand new here.
I've used Cheat Engine for a long time now. Recently I set out to hack Zelda Breath of the Wild so my current weapon takes no damage.
Cheat Engine works fine. But each scan is taking 40gb?? I scanned 2x and the pc popped up a warning of low disc space on C:/
How can I adjust CE so it doesn't use THAT much space? Can I make it select another hdd to dump to?
Does CE use that 80gb over and over, or is it a 1x thing and it'll use that to track the current scan? Is it just going to take that 80gb and compare it? The temp file had 1 file about 27gb. Then there were a few 400-600mb files. _________________

if you know the general range the memory is in you could limit the range to that.
Also, make sure that query memory regions is disabled in settings->extra helps a lot on windows 10+ (it's off by default, but some tutorials tell you to enable that)
And don't target [Physical Memory], target the actual process.
And if it's possible to lower the amount of memory in the emulator that may help as well
And you can try disabling the "undo scan" capability in settings _________________
