Neither the "Dissect Java classes" nor the "Java variable scan" options will work.
The error I get is Code: | Error:C:\Program Files\Cheat Engine 7.4\autorun\java.lua:713: attempt to index a nil value (global 'javapipe')

I'm not sure why the built-in feature here isn't working.

I eventually tried using a Lua script and the inject Java agent function (I don't remember off the top of my head what that was called), and that crashed my game. It seems like it just doesn't want to work at all. I'm not sure if the java agent loaded. Java runtime could indeed be the issue, I'm running Minecraft in multimc as my target process, and since the version of Minecraft I'm using for this requires Java 8, I set MultiMC to use the Java 8 installation on my computer. However, my JAVA_HOME points to Java 17 usually, so it's possible a mismatch is being caused between Cheat Engine and the game and causing issues. Is there a way I can tell Cheat Engine to use a specific Java install for the Java features, or to tell which Java it's working with?
The specific Java runtime I'm using is GraalVM, specifically the Oracle enterprise version since that one is supposed to have some extra optimizations. So similar to just a regular Oracle JDK install. I might try setting up Adoptium, I have a lot of superfluous Java installs already so it might be time to clean up.
