latest evrsion ce 7.3 w64 seems fishy in size and content

I am trying to download 7.3 but the size compared to previous version is strange, the cloudfront link show 3.2 MB, previous version were 15-24mb roughly and the MAC version is 15. Downloading and extracting shows a [0] the bin content to be 24 MB previously.

Is there something going on here ? is that 3.2 Mb file trustable ?

It's safe
It's a downloader that downloads the real setup

It's 100% trustworthy. As DB mentioned it is because the setup file downloads the real setup.
