If anybody knows how to turn off SIP I would like to know as I can't find anything anywhere I look.
I've tried all the tutorials I could find but they don't seem to work on the latest version of mac OS.
The problem with the tutorials I've tried is that I can't find a way to open the terminal in the recovery OS, which is weird because if I type csrutil disable in the terminal it says to do it in the recovery OS.
I have tried that but whatever I do it just shows me the same recovery screen with nothing in the utility bar/menu but the apple logo and recovery assistant.
I have tried that method several times but nothing is different even if I change the timing or order in which I go into recovery os.
When I hold the keys in the order that is given in the video it just ticks a bunch and asks me if I want to shut down my computer(I have everything minimised)
