Enabling DBVM I’m at risk of attackers? Is this while connected to the internet or am I safe to use while not connected to WiFi/internet

Unrelated to the first question. Trying to find structures out of bounds, I know they exist based on certain things in the game, but can’t locate them. I’ve gotten as far as being able to displace the camera while in edit character mode (edit character mode puts your character in front of a cement building) but can’t find the xyz of that camera. There are multiple camera types in the game but I don’t quite understand the edit player camera. Any suggestions would be much appreciated it. Also this is for rpcs3 emulator and skate 3
