How do I cheat?

I just installed the cheat engine and when I open it I get this error. I discard that it is problems with anti-virus or windows defender because I do not have, is there a post about this problem? I could not find

that's the message that shows when the ce file can not be found (either deleted or blocked by something)

disable "reputation based protection" in windows. It's not part of windows defender or your firewall, and will turn on again after windows updates
