When I try to run this script I get the error msg, Error in line 3... , The byte at "ShooterGame.exe"+75090D are not what was expected.

Try removing the quotation marks from the ASSERT bytes. And you might want to look into AOBSCAN.

You didn't show the final 2 instructions in the pattern ("add rcx,40" / "call xxxxxxxx"). I'm guessing it's the call that's different.
Also, yes, the quotes around the pattern are unnecessary.
You really don't need the assert pattern to be that long anyway- it doesn't need to be unique like aobscans.
