There's this (mmo)game I'm playing which I found a list of hex values from online sources. The hex is patterned like this:

XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX

These hex values are used for skills i.e fire ball, and searching then changing that hex will result to that skill to be casted very fast.

TLDR:
How do people find these kind of hex values? There are still skills in the game with no corresponding hex from the list that I have and I want to find them.
