Someone injected modded items on my inventory, I'd like to know how can I use CE to remove them.

I was invading on Anor Londo when as soon as I spawned in a world my character made the animation to grab an item I got a Stormruler +21, how can i use CE to remove them, since i can't sell or remove them from the game.
