Hello. I'm looking to buy a new CPU and I'm currently deciding which one to get. I'm considering Intel i7-9700k, i9-9990k and AMD Ryzen 3700x.
Since I do a lot various stuff with CE this would affect my choice. What CPU would be better optimized for various cheat engine scenarios?

for hacking and specia features like ultimap and dbvm, memory cloaking, intel
gor pointerscan not sure. AMD has more cores which pointerscan benefits from, but the NUMA issue might actually slow it down (and memory speed is one of the main bottlenecks there)

You are rich - can you get me one?
I'd go with either Intel one because for gaming, it's all about MHz.
But, as DB said, for CE, the bottleneck is usually the memory and the memory controller - you will be scanning a lot of memory.
Since you want good scan speeds in CE, I'd look at the memory controllers and supported RAM modules.
Look for RAM with the highest MHz and the lowest CL.
Some RAM can be underclocked a bit to achieve a lower CL - look into that, too because even a small change in CL can increase RAM access times significantly.
Good luck!
