Hey all,
I am writing to get some help or guidance from the community.
I am using a node js application to read the process and modules of a game (EU4, has avaiable Cheat Engine tables), more specifcially I am using a NPM module called memoryjs and a node addon node-gyp.
It is pretty sweet in what it can do, but honestly I have no idea how to read memory of a game. I am looking into a way of creating a live data feed from EU4 ledger stats into a web server ( I am a web developer by profession).
Would love some help! I understand I have to use cheat engine to find associated pointers or memory addresses relevant to the data I want to extract?

Cheat Engine comes with two tutorial programs to help get you started with using it and beginning with memory hacking. I'd suggest you start with those to get your feet wet and to begin understanding how CE works and how memory works in a process. _________________
