My hope:
1.Scan Assembly-CSharp.dll from memory, and save it.
2.Use Reflexil as .NET Assembly Editor.

Not sure if you are suggesting these be added to CE but there isn't really any need to bloat CE with things like this. There are plenty of tools that are made for what you are requesting already.

1. You can do this a few different ways.
- If the game is on your system, you should have access to the file already.
- If the game is on your phone (ie. Android) you can pull it from the APK.
- If the game loads it from an encrypted resource, then you can dump it from memory using a tool like Megadumper or similar. ( https://github.com/CodeCracker-Tools/MegaDumper )

2. This doesn't really relate to CE at all since it is focused on editing a running process. There are tools like dnSpy, ILSpy, dotPeek and so on to do all of what you'd want to do for this. No real reason for CE to add stuff like this.
