How do I cheat?

Hello. I have downloaded the CE, I found it through a youtube video. Installation completed. I get no response from facebook supercity, I get no response from the tutorial. I follwed the steps exact value I changed the value and Next is still disabled. I was able to scan down to 1 entry, made the change and still no change was made. No error messages and all seems to be working, just no results. I'm no pc expert or Tech, I'm running Windows 10 pro. I'm going to try IE instead of google chrome and see if tha helps.
