hi,i have been download and installed ce from original web site but when i launch ce process close by himself,i do not have any antivirus and disabled firewall and windows defender uninstall ce reboot pc and reinstall but the problem do not fix,i have windows 10 home.

P.s.Sorry 4 my english but i'm italian guy.

reinstall windows
then put back all the software you had one by one until it breaks again and let us know what caused it

also, how old are you? As this seems to happen a lot with people who don't write english properly, so if you're a kid it could be parental safety software(backdoor rootkit)

parental control? idk. would it even allow to install CE? Maybe a dumb one. It could even just try to block any access to admin rights. And if there is some missunderstanding what CE is or no information about it's requirements .... I can see that one.

I have the same problem and I had the badlyon client but reading other posts on the forum I have uninstalled it but nothing has changed

use the proper uninstaller of badlion (so don't just delete random files you think
may be related)
Then afterwards do a restart of windows (Don't turn of and back on, as windows 10 just saves the old state then)
