How do I cheat?

Hello, I've been using Cheat engine for a fairly long time and i've used the tutorial that was brought along to learn how to use it.
However, I am currently stuck due to not understanding these numbers. I would appriciate it if anyone could help me, or explain if i did something wrong.

I searched unknown value, then when i used my crystals i decreased and searched again, over and over untill i found these numbers.
I don't understand what they mean, or how i can change it into the numbers i want to...
I i select all of these and change them to +inf the crystals doubles, and then the number changes back into these long numbers again... i have no idea what to do :S

change the data type, sometimes it make more sense.
