Currently I am working on a guide

"how to manipulate the amount of an item and its ID in games using different data types".

So far I am glad to have found a more or less working step by step instruction for 2, 4 and 8 bytes BUT I am stuck at data type double:

1. Choose exact value and enter the value that is currently active
2. Refine the search by decreasing/increasing the needed value
(nothing new)
3. Repeat step 2 until one adress left and place it in the adress list
(well nothing to explain here to why)
4. adress list should look like this for example:



for data type 2 byte

Active Description Adress Type Value

no itemvalue 645h2s45 2 Byte 283

for data type 4 byte

Active Description Adress Type Value

no itemvalue 645h2s45 4 Byte 283

for data type 8 byte

Active Description Adress Type Value

no itemvalue 645h2s45 8 Byte 283



5. copy the first adress named itemvalue and select add adress manually
6. paste the first adress in the newly created adress and substract it with
the used data type:



for data type 2 byte

no itemvalue 645h2s45 2 Byte 283
no itemid 645h2s41 2 Byte 3

for data type 4 byte

Active Description Adress Type Value

no itemvalue 645h2s45 4 Byte 283
no itemid 645h2s41 4 Byte 3

aaaaaaand so on until 8 byte.


I have found that this works for at least the mentioned ones but not on double:

for data type double

Active Description Adress Type Value

no itemvalue 645h2s45 Double 283
no itemid (what to do here?) Double ???

can anybody bless me with his/her/etc. knowledge in order to retrieve the missing item id for the double data type?
