Slow service between the main page and amazon file servers (slow scripts taking too long to download third party scripts located elsewhere, causing a queue)

i left a note in the IRC that chrome wouldn't let me browse without flagging the site as unsafe. technically it just mentioned 'raptr dot com' as unsafe but wouldn't let me continue without a warning wall
