Please see the screenshot below. They are different games but with the same process name. So when I opened my trainer with these two games opened simultaneously, the trainer couldn't get the right one. I had to close one of them in order to let the trainer attach to the right version of the game. Is there way to fix it?

easiest way:
write some lua code that search for the given window name instead of process name.

another way:
let your trainer to find both processes (and their ID's) and attach to one of them, then scan for the file version. (if it match the required one then its ok, otherwise its the second process id so attach to it memory)

in either way you might use winapi functions, unless ua have some built-in function names for you.

Thanks for the reply. I think I'll choose the second one and figure out how to do it.
