Hey I am new to game hacking and I would like to learn and know a few stuff.
I have used CE to find the ammo of current weapon for base address and offset. Once I have that. Keeping it simple to a newbie. What method should I write to memory? People are saying I cannot use writememoryprocess() since I am using pointers or something. Is this correct? Which method should I use?
Because I tried using WriteProcessMemory() and adding base address + offsets but it won’t work.
Of course you can use WPM, you just may have to also use RPM since a pointer stores the address of something else, it's not what you actually want to overwrite (typically).
