These tools combined have helped me a lot in my hacking journey... I like Jpexs Decompiler a lot because it's free, but you won't notice that since it works better than one you pay for. I used to have sothink flash decompiler and it already crashed when there is an anti-debugger inside. And I found out later (could've saved me a bunch of work) that FFDEC has en easy option to deobfuscate protected codes, making every code readable.
This in combination with CE, with the aobswap lua module that enables you to copy/paste all your codes into it and execute them on the right time (pre jit compilation). I found this to be a very efficient method which makes it unnecessary to find codes after jit compile (or maybe only if you want to change some value 'on the fly'... You only need to look to execute it on the right time (your game has to be loaded in memory, but it can't be jit compiled yet). You can simply do that by pausing your game, but with the aobswap module it's mostly not necessary...
