|
|
Hi all,
I started cheat engine a few days ago by following the tutorials, in short, i want to do my own trainer but i encounter a difficulty. I found the static address, but it looks like this:
Code: | "XnaNative.dll" + 0001626C |
I looked on the forum similar problem (code shifting) but i have trouble understanding how to get a "normal". The address of "XnaNative.dll" changes all the time, how can i find its real address?
PS: I found the solution on one of the topic, but the link of the program no longer exists (codeloc by spookie)
Thanks for the help

I think GetModuleHandle is what you need to get the module address.

I hoped to have an answer using CE cuz my programming skills are quite limited. I found the equivalent of GetModuleHandle for C#, if someone have an accessible solution for a newbie i take ^^
In any case thank you for help i will study this

In CE just use the Lua function getAddress.

Try ctrl-m in memory view (to toggle show module addresses) to turn it off. Close CE then run it again. Open memory view and you see normal static address in ce.
or
Right-click in memory viewer (the memory dump part), click goto address paste "XnaNative.dll" + 0001626C then right click the top left dump and add click add this address to list then you get your static address

That's how it works in most new games.
Look into pointers.
