Hello,

Is there a universal cryptographic library/toolkit that doesn't have restrictions like openssl (see below for example) and that supports the lesser known cipher algorithms like Idea and Mars ciphers?

For example on the restrictions of OpenSSL, for Blowfish, the key size could go up to 448 bits, but OpenSSL limits it to 128 bits (that is, 16 bytes), I need to encrypt using blowfish with a key that is longer than 16 bytes, so I can't use it.
