Reinstall it.

| I'm not even sure what "It" means. I tried googling It, just saying It's a reg issue and try using reg fix, It doesn't help.

Does it happen when running CE software or others.if other please specify name and that file maybe deleted if you have enabled windows defender or other anti virus because you installed the software or game from Internet without verified publisher

Check for auto staring apps when windows starts.if you Find anything similar like the missing DLL. Stop it and uninstall it.

Windows 10, and I do. thanks for the reply!
EDIT: I'm so done, I found that there the same .dll in the startup, not sure what that was but deleted the bastard.

And also keep in mind that never install anything that doesn't have verified publisher.It causes more .dll missing problems.
