Learn by reading documentation. If you're referring to GetAsyncKeyState, there's a link on the MSDN page to a list of the virtual key codes.

good thing is in "LIST" link, microsoft provided the bytes of the virtual keys.
but, what is F20 lol.
is my keyboard missing some keys hehe.

They are extended keys used for systems that use larger scale keyboards.
Can be things such as:
- 9/11 operator stations.
- Flight coordinators.
- Large scale monitoring systems (water, electric, etc.)
- Terminal servers/stations for various purposes.
An example keyboard that has the extended keys:

It's not a common thing to see in normal user homes or basic user accessible machines like at libraries etc. It is mostly used in a workplace.

interesting, of course its not common to see in normal user house.
in fact, maybe 99% of people who use PC's dont know about such things.
