I found the error after I would scan an address... I would hit first scan or next scan, and it would pop up.

Make sure you have enough diskspace in your temp folder (20gb should usually be enough)
if not, change the temp folder in settings to somewhere else

Also, tell your anti virus that the temp folder should be writable, some block that
