i knew it was a terrible idea. drug addiction doesn't take logic and reasoning into consideration. that part of your brain shuts off. you run on autopilot with one thought; get drugs. and regardless of what happens, what is said to you, you will not stop until you get high once the thought is set in your mind it becomes set in stone.

I use to be a stoner for 2 years straight until I finally said no when it didn't affect me anymore. Just made me feel like shit mentally and physically. Not too long ago I took only 1 hit while I was at a party drunk as fuck. No big deal but i would still prefer the sober life.
Unless you count smoking cigarettes. I haven't had any unless my friend brings some since I have no fucking cash or a job at the moment.

have done plenty. the 'life changing' effects of acid are more like week long head change before wearing off. that's why i had to keep using it at least once a week. unless you go way too hard and become mentally disabled like talix. then it becomes a high he will never come down from.

10x better. last night was the first night i got a really good sleep. my appetite is coming back. my energy is coming back. i'd say give it another week (two weeks sober) and i'll be feeling like 80% energy back. still struggling with anything that requires me to move my body. a 10 minute shower/shave/teeth brushing now takes me like an hour and a half to complete. standing up is painfully hard. it's a chore to make my bed and clean myself/change into fresh clothes every morning. i've been relying heavily on caffeine from energy drinks to motivate me just enough to do anything listed above.
there's something about this place that has changed me. i feel safe here. i have no desire to use here. i spent two years of my life living here. i have a lot of friends here. i'm taking advantage of this time to reduce the stress in my life and take things easy. the mistake i made was feeling like i could do more than i was doing and keep adding on shit to my plate. plate got too heavy fucking fell and shattered on the floor.
to help aid, i've got thanksgiving coming up with a week off school and a trip to san fransisco with my dad. then winter break i got a month off school. i'm still young, i've got a shit ton to learn. learning the hard way but learning nonetheless.
