use the IP
do a tracer(ou)t(e) on it and figure out which datacenter is used.
then with whois information and other public info figure out the address

as to go there it depends on where it is. if on the same continent you can probably drive there, else you may need a plane. Or boat if the island has no airport.

when you're there just ask the owners of the server to let you access to it

you can trap a guy that emulates serverside adobe flash player, and allow him to cheat on single player fooling him that it was client side and tell him this is public computer check box.
