You misunderstand where I am; see my last post.
Anyway I shall attempt to try and ask, the setup
Step 6 of the tutorial see bottom right hand of image.
1. Now in the initial, instructions I am asked to find an address of a value in the tutorial, found that and it is 0x0124EA80
2. See what accesses that address, see opcodes panel.
3 I selected the first one, because I haven't any clue, although tutorial instructions give "If the assembler instruction doesn't have anything between a '[' and ']' then use another item in the list."
4. Selected more info, more info panel, suggesting that the value of the pointer is 0x0000021A.
5. Searched this hex value and the search results still show in CE panel. The tutorial indicates "Most of the time the address you need will be the
smallest one"
6. Manually added the first address and see the add address panel
7. Put in 0, 30, 34, 18 as offsets incorrect value result.
8 Repeated the steps 1-6 again and attempting to add address, if it is the first then it is 0x02D0E2C8, every offset I add results in no value just ????
Obviously I don't have it right, where might I have gone wrong and what to put in the two boxes? Offer a different path? different selection?
You are very incorrect in your assessment of lack of effort

I've already told you...use the pointer scanner or use injection.
The tutorial is outdated. Finding pointers manually is no longer required and is a waste of time. As I keep saying, you can find guides on this forum and videos on youtube that will show you how to complete every step of the tutorial. Don't get hung up on doing something one way, especially when there are better ways.

If you don't wish to give any assistance/advise other than read the threads view the videos, that is your choice. However, you can't possibly know what amount of time I have spent doing just that. If I had mastered any of the techniques to determine pointers, this conversation would not be this long, you may only speculate.
To you read the threads view the videos is the answer, but it has not worked for me. Please refrain from replying to this post or any other post that I make unless you offer the assistance asked.

If you had really looked at them and really put in the effort to figure it out, you would not be here wasting my time with this. Additionally, this thread is not the place to ask such questions, which is also why I keep telling you to check the other threads that are already talking about such topics.
I'm not going to spend the time writing out the explanations that you want just because you're too lazy or too stubborn to do the work. Besides, these topics have already been discussed to death on this forum. Maybe someone else is willing to spoon-feed you what you want, but not me.

You won't understand everything at first, no matter how hard you try...but you can still achieve what you need.
