This behaviour is considered to be especially unacceptable of his hedge funds because he didn't disclose the level of risk he was engaging in.
The next allegation against him is that his intention was to funnel money from his pharmaceutical company to another holding company to pay back his investors. But that's yet to be proven in court.
He's also gambled and lost some of his own family's wealth.
The only good thing he's done is being media attention to the fact that it's common practice for pharma companies to spike up drug prices. It wasn't a big issue before because 100-200% price increases weren't seen as a big enough of a deal for someone to say something. But then came Shkreli, who decided to spike up Turing's drug prices by several thousand percent. And now the world thinks pharma companies are greedier than previously believed.

Allegations, great. You also missed the bit where he raised the price of Daraprim so that it could be put directly into funding research to make a better drug that doesn't kill people while helping toxoplasmosis. But hey, let's ignore that and just talk about allegations!
