Once a bottle has been opened it will start getting bad, unless if you can vacuum seal it somehow.
I haven't opened it yet though, but I received it from a friend who buys wine in barrels together with a bunch of other people and then they divide it in bottles so they can have wine for cheap. He gave me two bottles of it. Problem is that they didn't vacuum seal them (or maybe they did but they used tainted bottles or corks idk). Wish I had known this before waiting a year to open the first one and finding that it tasted sour as hell, waste of a pretty good wine.
Now the remaining one sits in my basement in case I ever get locked in during a zombie apocalypse and there's nothing else to get drunk off.

People smoke poppers with tobacco? I thought you could only inhale it as it vaporizes from the bottle.

yea poppers can mean both nitrous and tobacco bowls but its used more for the latter in canada probably.
I dont actually put whole cigarette fragments in though I just put a pinch of tobbacs at the bottom of a bowl
