nvm, I didn't see the cpu.
Do you have different hard disks ?
Did you boot up dbvm using an CD/DVD, floppy, or USB disk?
If USB disk, was it emulated as a floppy or a hdd?
anyhow, try booting disk 80, 81, 82 or 83
But it's possible that the realmode code of your mainboard's bios just isn't emulated yet
But yeah, if offloading won't work, then there isn't a lot of chance thaty booting is going to work (offloading at runtime is more stable)

I tried it using a USB and a CD. I only have one SSD card (Samsung 840 Pro) as my primary hard drive. My mainboard is Asus P8P67. I use the latest version for my bios. If the version is important I can look that up.
I would not have any problems with using your unsigned driver but this was not working for me either. I will try booting disk 80-83 but I did not try it since that did not solve the problem for hhhuut. I can use virtualbox, virtual pc and vmware without any problems.
Do you know people who could successfully use dbvm with 4 cores? (Or eight with HT enabled)
What exactly does your unsigned driver fix? I thought it was something with the cores. If you need any further information let me know. I really want to get this working with the full power of my CPU.
Edit: I always thought booting from the image would be more stable. I know that I can make it work with 2 cores at runtime.

a lot of people get it to work with 4 and 6 processors.
You're also using the dbvm-release zip file posted in this topic ? It has a fix for 12 processors as mentioned here: http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=579783
http://cheatengine.org/temp/dbvm-release.zip
(to use it you must use the unsigned driver else it will refuse to load)
edit: tag-x did get it to work originally with 4 cores +ht (so 8 processors) so not sure if it'll fix your issue.

Nothing, it just lets you use modified dbvm.img files for runtime offload

Nope, it's mainly for debugging and testing low level stuff. It has to go through the part where the cpu switches from realmode to protected mode, and virtualization only works in protected mode (on i7 920 and earlier). So the realmode part has to be emulated manually with software
I may be able to use "unrestricted guest" in the future (my current system does support it)

I turned off HT and tried it with 4, 3, 2 cores. Only when I used two cores I was able to activate dbvm through CE.
I used the dbvm-release that you posted earlier on this thread. I will try it again with the link. Thank you.
I booted with the option enabled to use unsigned drivers.
Do you know of any virtual machine that is able to use dbvm? I tried virtual box but it told me the system is not supported. It even recognized my processor correctly. Maybe VMware? Except for Bochs since you said it is not really fast.
When I get home I will try the dbvm-unsigned with your link and will let you know if it works for me. Anyway if you need any further information I am constantly receiving email notifications for this thread so I will be able to respond quickly.

Okay I tried it with replacing "vmdisk.img" in the CE folder from that link: cheatengine.org/temp/dbvm-release.zip. I booted with unsigned driver support and I still got the BSOD.
I also removed all unnecessary programs/services from my autostart folder so only the microsoft services start when I boot my system. I still can not enable it without receiving a BSOD.
I also tried to boot from disk 80, 81, 82 or 83 with my USB stick.
Results:
80->BOOT, waited 5 minutes but nothing happened
81->raah
82->raah
83->raah
84->raah
The interesting thing is that I could restart my PC when I booted from disk 81,82,83 and 84 but when I booted from disk 80 I could not even restart my PC with Strg+Alt+Del.
Do you have other ideas how to make offloading at runtime work?
Edit: I will remove Antivir and test if that helps.
Edit2: I just tried VMware and it seems to be working!!!
Edit3: Utilmap (the reason why I need dbvm) does not seem to collect any banch targets if I hit start. I use Windows 7 32bit in that virtual machine.

i never tried ultimap in vmware. it's possible it doesn't properly implement the branch trace store feature( try 64 bit)

I tried it with Windows 7 64Bit and utilmap still does not show any banch targets. Maybe it won't work inside a virtual machine? I can start dbvm though.

Anti viruses, hyperV enabled, and other virtual machines installed on the system will cause issues, but without a full debug log (only available with serial port) I can't really say where it goes wrong for you
Only other thing I can recommend is trying dbvm on a clean windows install.

Okay I removed my anti virus, I do not have hyperV installed and I removed vmware as well. So there are no more virtual machines anymore.
I attached a screenshot of the BlueSceenView result:
