be simplistic as fuck in application so that they are curious enough to want an interview/ know more about you but know nothing really and then answer any and all questions with direct eye contact and smiles occasionally unless they are serious questions
people want people they can relate to and or talk to hold a conversation with and trust

Wear exceptionally clean and ironed clothes
make sure you are 100% clean shaven and showered

think of it as you are getting ready for a date and ur not a bum u want to catch a girl that is a 11 out of 10 do everything possible to improve your appearance

Yeah if you're a high schooler, don't even bother with a minimum wage job. What you should be doing is educating yourself and getting yourself involved in activities. At your point, human capital > monetary capital.
