Assuming you've entered the correct port it will connect.
Of course, bluestack does not implement a physical outgoing port, so your pc can't really connect to it.

To get by that problem get "adb" if you don't have it already and then execute "adb forward tcp:52736 tcp:52736"

then connect to 127.0.0.1 port 52736

well. next i open ce 6.4 and then network and then there is... nothing

i've "adb" and "chmod" everything as you stated above.

would you tell me how to possibly enable ceserver on the bluestacks?


by the way: the root-checker-app on this bluestacks show me this info:

currently used phone/tablet: GT-N7100
currently used android version: 4.4.2

For Bluestacks speedhack you need to use GameGuardian it works on x86 architecture. Conecting trough Cserver wont work because doesnt use same GetTime functions.

Has a CE speed hack APK been created for Bluestacks or other android emulators?

GameGuardian and all other speed hack apps don't work on games the are not x86 architecture. Which you might say rules out any decent mobile game app now.

I was hoping Cheat Engine may have something worked out, considering it still leads the way for enabling game hacking

Wow, that's a lot of steps - I guess it's because it's running in its own emulator/VM ware.
