that 55 hr week crash course at work incthe sushi bar is paying off. i was noticing my rolls slowly getting better at work but still upset with my ability. today i noticed huge improvment in consistency of speed, knowing what goes inside on top what sauces and garnish and my rolls looking great. plus family personally gave me a $7 tip for serving them their rolls on a $30-$40 total bill. plus i currently get like $30-60 in tips a day right now. and as i continue to get better my tips will go up to like $100-$200 a day plus my hourly wage.

Good work. I just got a new job myself that gives commission and is right down the street. gonna try to move up and make a hardware/software technician spot. all my other projects are at a standstill while im at school because I don't have enough money, so hopefully this helps me a lot more than my last job.

i applied for a couple places recently but no response. idk wat to do coz i have literally no experience but i cant get experience until i get work

Yea, if your state requires a food handling license to work with fopd, you can acquire that and most jobs will count that as "experience" or just general knowledge of what you're supposed to be doing.

after applying places go in with a built resume and introduce yourself to the hiring manager. hand them a resume give them your name. and tell them what position youre interestdd in. showingt hat initiative helps, gives them a face and you stand out a little more than the pile of applications they get. also make friends. networking through friends is a great way to find out what places are hiring and applying at those. plus you have an inside worker as a reference to vouch for you and further ensure you get a chance.
