How do I cheat?

Hello,i have a bug,i click on cheat engine to open it and nothing happens,i go into the folder to open manually and then the administrator permission apeers and i permit it,but the loading mouseweel thig apeers and then nothin happens its just annoying. Can anyone help me? Sorry for bad grammar,im Portuguese.
