I have asked a couple of questions in the forum. I have tried to say thanks via giving reputation points but I can't find a way to this. I also searched for a topic of how to vote but didn't found anything. So how do I vote? Is it necessary to have at least some reputation points in order to vote?

What you need to do is look to the left of my post, and click on the thumbs up. You can write anything and then press Submit.

It depends what you mean, if you mean real virtual reputation points it should be pretty easy to see the arrows. The thing is you won't see them unless you have a certain amount of posts.
