I understand. I have the exact same thing when it comes to fat people. Used to be obese, got fit, and now I mock them for their fatlogic. |

Yur, indeed. Also, I feel like I should correct: I used to be fat, not obese. Was literally one percent away from qualifying as obese, but still not obese. |
Lel. Now I lift and weigh more than I've weighed at my fattest. Very health. Much fit.

Indeed. Not being fat is not even an achievement. Eat a little less than what you need to lose weight, or eat more and powerlift to get swole. Anybody who pretends that their body undergoes a process of nuclear fusion to generate more energy with an energy deficit is a goddamn liar. Nobody defies the laws of thermodynamics, so stop pretending to be a special snowflake.

When I was fat I was disgusted by my physical state. Being healthy physically and mentally is the best state to be in.
