Information I got is that he lives in Europe/Africa (Bet more on the former) and he's using Windows 8. I bet it's the latter that makes u cringe.

I agree with Euphorical, there are multiple things that are wrong:
->Date should be formatted DD/MM/YYYY or at least YYYY/MM/DD
->transparency of your bottom bar is too high, so your wallpaper is making your clock hard to see
->The day has 24 hours (actually 23:56) and you should have master race 24 hours clock like me

I play it off and on. It got boring after like two weeks. I am more into Rift right now and that is still hard to play.
