I actually just read recently that you should wear at least 30 SPF even if it's cloudy. Who the hell wants to be putting on sunscreen all the damn time though before they go out. It can't be that healthy anyway putting that much product on your skin even if it is protecting from the rays.

I barely wear sunglasses, so the time that I do wear them (about 5 minutes a month at most) cannot be effecting my eyesight very much. If I start changing towards everyday use I'll invest in some good quality.

dude enjoy looking like old leather at the age of 30. everyone should wear sunscreen everyday, the sun is a bitch and its terrible for your skin. also only wear long sleeve things and just avoid the sun in general

and the product in sunscreen isn't unhealthy. its moisturizer, something most people need and neglect to do, and a couple different things that actually block the suns rays. you know when you see those african or asian tribes with the shit on their face? thats to protect their skin, and its just the metal minerals in the ground (same stuff in sunscreen) doing it.

and its not annoying to do, its just part of my morning routine of showering, brushing teeth, sunscreen, deodorant, cologne

when i lived on campus i woke up 10 minutes before class, got as high as i could in little time allowed and go to class. other times while on campus i simply just slept through classes.

when i was living off campus i'd have to wake up early. depending on what drugs i had determined what i did that day. if i only had meth i'd smoke some meth then go to classes and take best notes ever pay attention, and talk to the random poor person who sat next to me whole class (since i never made friends in classes). if i had heroin or my body needed a break i'd go into library and smoke weed and/or heroin and sleep on comfy couch while class was going on.

but i'd always make up for it by teaching myself all the lessons combined at last minute so i knew everything for exams by downloading notes, looking at book, asking people in class for their notes. but then now that i think about it i remember i had a lot of teachers that penalized you for not attending class. but i can't remember how often i attended classes but majority of the time i did but always got the consequences for missing more than2-3 classes a semester.

and then there were good days like my lab classes where i'd onlyhave a lab scheduled that day and i'd go in be going tobathroom to smoke more meth and heroin then come back do a lil work, catch up with rest of group and finish up and turn in.

and oh god there were those days in my marine biology lab class where we went on field trips to various spots. one time we went to the aquarium and i met my friend at his house and we drove there. i was pulling out my baggy of meth in the cart and snorting whatever was on my finger while he drove and hoped he didn't notice. then we got there and there was this guy dressed in a costume like they have at amusement parks and i so badly wanted to take his outfit and dance around the whole aquarium.

and then there was this one time we had to go to the beach and collect samples and do a lab answering questions, etc. i was withdrawing so hard from heroin all i had was a xanax that i took that morning and holy shit i was so cold. the breeze then had to go in the fucking ocean water.

all these memories of drug use putting a huge smile on my face. i'm so fucked.
