Like seriously why can't i just play fucking games though steam fuck off ubisoft no one wants your shitty 3rd party launcher for your becoming shit titles
like jesus free download for far cry 4
had to be resumed 7 times already and its still not finished
its been 2 days
start leave for work come back to it fucked up or shut of or paused or just plain out flat stopped downloading even when uplay is still open

That is AMD's problem. On Linux developers are begging AMD to fix their drivers, Valve even starter their bug tracking of bugs on AMD GPU's because as Phoronix said "They have internal bug list, and they don't wanna admit having all those bugs." I guess same thing is on the Windows. |

bad comparison
steam already provides the entire framework for DRM/Cloud/social/pretty much everything that literally almost every other dev utilizes. uplay doesn't offer much more than uplay points, which could easily be baked into the game rather than its own install (see: Trackmania, shootmania, etc)
there's really no defending a second client enviornment for accessing your games. if anything the fact that it exists is detrimental to the game's future and re-playability since uplay's upkeep will probably eventually shut it down (see: GFWL migration) |

steam is shit and is DRM and is bad. everyone should use GoG. organizing your own shortcuts isn't difficult. steam is only good as a social media platform for achievements and chat |
