and for social phobia .
I kinda like don't have Anxiety right now and can say whatever I want without getting anxiety not even getting depressed, but I still know what words to say if its offendable and I still know my limits.

I was using herbs all my life coz I was having a social phobia and I thought I needed it to gave me the strength to talk to people around me. But I was wrong, I should've consulted a psychatry faster than before ... So I didn't end up spending more than 30,000$ for herbals.

But still, I've learned alot of lesson from it. and I don't think I'll be on that path again. Smile
