I DL DW8XLCE off of steam and every character in every zone at all times is in slow motion. I am pretty sure I have all the graphics turned all the way down. Please help!!!

just use the speedhack to make the game playable

ask steam community for help.

This game doesn't need a good computer, but if it's slow, maybe your CPU or GPU is too old.
