she just has a bunch of plastic garbage, im sure theres someone with a good fuckin costume that actually put some work into it, and that a costume that doesnt just consist of a bunch of random torn clothes

Well the costume of the chick currently on the first place is shit compared to hers. Not that she looks bad, but it's just a really simple costume. The only reason she's winning is probably because she has tons of facebook friends.

I just can't enjoy cosplay.
Like, if I were to do it, I would have to make it 100% accurate because perfectionist, and that's impossible with most characters because of silly anime proportions.
Anyway the girl on the right in OP has more of Jinx's crazy psycho face, so if she had a proper costume and props I'd say good job.
And by proper props I mean quality shit like what Man at Arms makes.
