Hi!!
If your game:
-) run in windowed mode
-) don't give you any trouble when you use alt-tab
-) let CE popupping with no problem.
So you don't need my utility.
But if you use old games, or nowaday game who have some problems in switching CE back and forth, maybe my utility work for you.
It is not a minimizing utilty...
AAT works in this fashion:
-) freeze the game
-) do NOT alter video mode
-) bring CE at foremost with your game freezed.
-) let you perform any actions you need with CE
-) come back to the game unfreezing it.
Only an (user selectable) hotkey is requested.
Inside the game keep pressed your hotkey till when CE popup (the first time many seconds are requested...)
when you are in CE and a (CE)child window does not appears, simply press the RIght-Ctrl key one or more time, and it will appears.

At this stage AAT only works copying all his files in a folder: c:\sfap
AAT now use the freeware pssuspend.exe by Sysinternals.
As demostration a freeware game (kasbrik) is enclosed in the package.
