I was trying to make a script myself and I actually managed to do it but I forgot how did it but I recall there was a problem with it, I could never save the script so I only had to load it once I started the game once more.
The point of the script was to change Charon's Toll from 30% to 0% which I think I did and I managed to make it stick as long as I kept the game going.
Anyone here that would be willing to try something like that, perhaps give a few tips at least how to save scripts?
But the problem with .NET games like Rogue Legacy in general is that they do not load up all their code upon startup, there's some things they only load when needed. So for example if you made a "buy weapons/armor for free" code, it would not be able to be toggled on until you had bought something that game session already, because the code to do it doesn't load/generate until it happens once.
Thankfully most games don't do this and it's usually not as big of an issue as it is with Rogue Legacy.
I don't remember if Charon's toll is loaded at the start or on-demand, though. _________________
